you need to code in the strong punch

Put this in your cns
[Statedef 220]
type = S
movetype= A
physics = S
juggle = 4
ctrl = 0
anim = 220
poweradd = 55
sprpriority = 2
[State 220, HitDef]
type = HitDef
trigger1 = AnimElem = the number of the frame that has the hit box
attr = S,NA
damage = 35,1
animtype = High
guardflag = MA
hitflag = MAF
priority = 4, Hit
pausetime = 13,14
sparkno = 2
sparkxy = -34, -10
guard.sparkno = s6767
hitsound = S8000,2
guardsound = 6,0
ground.type = High
ground.slidetime = 10
ground.hittime = 10
ground.velocity = -3,0
air.type = Low
air.hittime = 3
envshake.time = 2
envshake.ampl = 2
[State 220, ChangeState]
type = ChangeState
trigger1 = AnimTime = 0
value = 0
ctrl = 1

to answer the first question.....some people just get things faster than others kinda like driving stick some get it the first day and some dont.......just never give up
-
ur right
-
It's probably because those people read ALL of the mugen docs. Like excursion said, theyre very useful.

I'd assume "ALL" of them.

Exactly, some people get certain things faster and some take a while to grasp it.
btw Standard Rules All

Make sure you're using the right collision box. For attacks you use clsn1 (red-colored boxes), while clsn2 allows your character to get hit (blue boxes).

thats so true but i feel like i wont ever learn this stuff :(
-
Just keep trying man. All this mugen stuff is real hard to learn at first but you will eventually have success. I can't even make a stance for the character so your having some good progress. It just takes a lot of time. Good luck ;)

Yeah, I found that watching tutorials while creating in fighter factory is very helpful. You can find a few on youtube, and Excursion sent me one that was in Portuguese, but by just watching what's being done on the screen with this tutorial, you can figure it out. (It also helps that I'm Portuguese and understand the language pretty well).
I myself was working on Captain Boomerang (with permission of course). I got all of the sprites converted to pcx, alligned all of them in fighter factory, and set into their correct animations and all, but I basically stopped there. I haven't had much time (Which is why my post count is so low right now) to get further into the creation aspect, as it gets a bit more confusing at this point I think. Anyways, just stick with it. You'll slowly grasp the concepts and it gets easier the more you familiarize yourself with fighter factory.

man i wish someone would make a tutorial that goes directly step by step and does not leave out the slightest detail that would probably help all of this makes me wonder how did warusaki and redhot get to how good they r they make creations as if they never had any problems in the first place
