Title: Is there a way to remove a one hit KO move from a character?

I'm using Godzilla ex by Snowwolf/TIS2012 (edited by zombies123) and would like to remove his one hit ko move that is like a huge beam of energy that goes out into space.

Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe tone down the damage output,

His attack and defence are only 150. It's just that one move.

Open fighter factory.
Find the move name.
Copy it.
Go to godzilla ex.cns
Press Ctr+F.
Paste the move.
If it finds it, see the line of numbers next to it?
Tone them down.
