All True Value Setting for Zoom effect for mugen 1.1
 0 = 100 % zoomout
.1 = 90 % zoomout
.2 = 80 % zoomout
.3 = 70 % zoomout
.4 = 60 % zoomout
.5 = 50% zoomout
.6 = 40% zoomout
.7 = 30% zoomout
.8 = 20% zoomout
.9 = 10 % zoomout

1 = stander no zoom
2 = huge closeup zoom

Here a video demonstration how all the zoom factor setting does for each number value :)
