Title: Victory Quote Win screen!

Say the screenpack I'm using is 1.0/1.1 compatible and doesn't have a victory screen.  What would be involved in adding one? How could I go about doing it? 

Could I take the win screen from another screenpack, insert the sprites somehow into the other and do some coding?

If so, how?!

Some, any, even just a little bit of direction on this would be appreciated.
