Deep cleansing breaths
now take a Deep breath in
and hold it as I count to 5…

Comfortable and

As you Sink in Deeper into your seat,
Focusing on your feet now
feel your feet becoming
more and more

as you take a deep breath in,
and hold it as I count to 5…

Spreading out down your arms and hands,
letting your fingers Tingle and Relax
still able to scroll down
each movement sending
ripples of

as it keeps rising into your neck

into your seat
breathe in

Stopping your thoughts
Stopping your memories

as a blanket
as this blanket now covers them
your thoughts
your memories
completely covered

Calm
Quiet
just reading My words now
just absorbing my Words
feel yourself becoming Deeper,
more Warm and Relaxed,
all thoughts Stopped,
all memories Stopped,
just there in My moment
reading My Words,
absorbing My Words,
now you see those thoughts
those memories
gathered up into the blanket,
as it is pulled to the centre of your mind
the closer it gets, the more they Fade away
Deeper to the center
they are now collected, Fading still
now feel them as they are placed into a box,
and as I close this box
you feel the thoughts Fade Away
unimportant, just Melting Away
knowing that when the box
is closed
your mind will be off
only my words echoing inside you
Closing slowly
Fading
S l o w l y f a d I n g
S l o w i n g
F a d i n g
And now
the box is
CLOSED
Mind off, just my words in you.

"Blank"

bring you in to this state of

"Release"
I, and only I, can use this word to
bring you out of this state of
Relaxation
let these words sink into you
becoming strong and firm
followed without thought
as it just happens
