I've adjusted his Hit Strength to compensate for the fact that he's hard to hit..
Oh I guess if it was just framerate it's great, I just thought it was choppy.Yeah, like I said before it's definitely just the video dropping frames.
Batzarro's love for this character is like unparalleled, and the sprites he has created (all scratch by the way) are truly amazing.
I can't wait for the release so all of you can see the wonderful work he has done.

For some reason the gif sped up a bit when I uploaded it, don't know how to fix it. Know the size comparison isn't perfect either but since this is the exact size on both these WIPs, didn't wanna change that.
