All right guys i have gotten so many requests for this voice so i making this open source so all of you can use this if you want. So enjoy.

What are you using to rip from Soul Calibur 2?

I'm using PSound and I can't find the voice samples.

I am using Psound too. The voices and sound effects are in the ROOT.OLK file. When it says it doesn't recognize the file you press the yes button.
