Title: how would I make the screen as a little window size just like the last beta 4.6?

I'm been having trouble with the screen. when the game starts its too big. full screen but too big. I have a Dell windows xp 2002 home vers. can anyone help?

You can edit the settings in the Data/mugen.cfg file.
