Seriously, all that come to mind for me is Pet Shop of Horrors at the moment.

Elfen Lied is a brutal anime. Its not exactly horror, but  alot of characters get severed from head to toe.

Because it's guroish and pure horror in some chapters.

Dead man Wonderland it's filled with suspense,its not exactly Horror Horror,but well...
