Can someone make me a Tutorial to show me how i can make this

SNK sprites are darker and use more colors...that's why things like leather are more pleasing to the eye when they are done in SNK style instead of Capcom style...I don't know of any videos that are tuts but Capcom sprites usually use 6 colors and SNK probably use 8 or 9...I prefer Capcom style bc I think they are more accessable to every day joe...snk sprites can get muddy if you aren't careful

Well you have a sprite done by Warner and two done by Capcom...what do you mean by normal?

Ok lol....get the palette for the char you want to make um un-normal lol....make the colors slightly darker...swap the palette...add 2 or 3 shades beteween the existing colors to your new palette...trace the new colors along the edges of the next darkest color... does that make any sense?...if you ever need to make a reference look at ALEXZIQ's Joker...a great example of SNK style sprites custom done
