Well first Download the portrait pack here: http://cvsfanclub.free.fr/10%20Mugen%20News.htm All the way at the bottom.
You need:
- Good resizing program (photoshop)
- Fighter Factory
- Microsoft Paint

Now you should have one! Remember to set up transparency for your sprite to get rid of the pink.
Follow my CvS2 Lifebar tutorial if you don't know what this is for, It's all explained. Also remember to put it in fighter factory as
9000, 3 and coordinates x10, y10.

For those of you saying "...The hell are you talking about Zero?" It's for the Capcom vs. SNK 2 Diamond portraits.
