If he were to sell it (which I doubt he's idiotic enough to do) and Capcom/Marvel were to catch wind, then you could -- by all rights -- kiss your precious Infinity good-bye.
I just don't think it's fair to assume that he intends to sell it just because he wants to know how big it is. Maybe he just doesn't have a lot of space on his computer.
