King from Ranma Hard Battle

This is still a beta version, but I wanted some feedback, Im still learning MUGEN, so im not that good yet.
A nice simple character, read the Readme file for more info,
Hopefully the finished version will be released soon.

Trying to code his Hyper now: Royal Flush, but finding it difficult!
