As for the venom idea, that might work. It sort of reminds me of Metal Man spilling "transmission fluid", when he strikes someone with his sharper attacks. ;)

Ok i think this is better because he's got his eyes are off the enemy less time but its still stiff.

Ok the way it set now works GREAT if you want him more robotic, after all thats what he is. Now if you want it more organic then the point at which his tail hits the enemy ( its fully extented in front of him) his face should be a lil lower. looking at the ground. Give it a try. if you do that same movement you just animated it would hurt your neck cause you locked it but for a robot its fine. So it up to you. GREAT work sir. :thumbsup:

The idea of the throne seems awesome! But you should really work on the shading of the middle head and the "W" sybol, so they match the rest of the throne!
