cvs kyo F, D ,DF + punch and QCF + punch exactly like kyo 98

Can anyone help me to code this? In KOF 98, kyo's  QCF + A and F, D ,DF + punch had an auto-guard and usually goes through any basic attack(think Kusanagi's unstoppable uppercut). Does not have in cvs2 (Warusaki3). How can i achieve this? Oh also, his supers as well, if possible.
