For those who aren't familiar with me, I go by the name "aPoCaLyPsE", and ever since I first discovered mugen sometime last year, I've been forever debtful and soon decided one day to make my own MUGEN character....And today here he stands:

MVC_Punisher

Punisher been in development for the past six months now (Since 11/26/07) and is damn near 100% completed in Phase 1, and NOW PREPARING FOR PHASE 2. I'm editing all the sprites one by one and programming on the side, with newly aquired assistance from select consultants. ( -^__^- )v
  
ANY IDEAS FOR THE COMPLETION OF THIS CHARACTER MAY BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION  

...as I'm trying to bring in a character into MUGEN that should have been a decent mugen character from day one. Looking for comments and critism people. Thank you and enjoi the shots. (-'_^ )b

I have to congratulate you also on releasing the much awaited Punisher. We all have waited diligently for him to be released. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to this character. I have not tested him yet but im getting around to downloading him now. See ya around man :)

Lord help yall. lol.

I must say this has inspired me to make a char now. I like everything about him (although i dont quite understand that knife hyper but its still good). Great work. Im so glad you finally released him so that one guy wont have to whine about getting it when someone came back from military service or w/e. Great Job

testing as i type this. qcf + lk is infinite and  qcf + HK is infinite. honestly im in awe and wowed by the moves of this character. if the symboite hyper misses the punisher keeps walking forever until hit. he plays really smoothly.

That does it Punisher has become No. #1 in my book. He's officially the cursor starter for  my Mugen roster (because he's so damn cool). Congrats on the realease and thank you very much Apoc.

Dude...this is awesome! I didn't think Punisher would be released for another few weeks of months even. Thank you very much for this release Apoc, and everyone else that helped make Punisher a reality. I haven't tried him yet, so I'll post some feedback after I do. With this guy and Wolvenom, I don't think I've ever been so gitty. I've been wanting those character forever, and the wait is over. Thanks again, this is seriously awesome.

a.) Perform a hyper as the final move.

b.) Symbiote Mode is now Symbiote Hyper... Until it's it own character  ;)

Alright here it is like this... This is my favorite Marvel character, and always has been since I was a kid... Dude... Hard work and dedication are understatements for what you've done here. Let me just say I'm happy as hell! I've waited patiently for so long, and with good reason. You can't rush perfection... Now let us review shall we....

[GAME PLAY]
He plays really smooth, and just feels great! I'm feeling the stance, intro's and win poses/sequences. Great freakin job on that bro. The only problem I have here, is when riding away from the cops, the gun fire has no sound. Other than that, beautiful...

[BASICS]
I've always been a HUGE fan of MVC game mechanics, and he's definitely got that. However, I do have a problem with his launcher being the crouching Mid kick. I was so hoping that it would have been his crouching High punch. Other than that, things chain together nicely, and he kicks some serious a$$!

[Specials]
All of the them are excellent! It's everything I thought they would be, and more. But... The shotgun doesn't have much of an impact as one would expect. Also, it seems to hit a little before it's supposed to. And maybe it's just me, but I can't seem to combo into any of his specials moves! It'd be awesome to start off with a 3 or 4 hit combo, then end it off with a shotgun blast, or gun of your choice. Any of them would look nice at the end of a combo...

[SUPERS]
Wow...! Man you really put your foot into this character. A Symbiote Punisher???!!! ............... That's SICK!! However there is a problem with that. If he misses, he just keeps on going. (Not cool) Everything else seems to be alright to me. Again great job!

[FATALITIES]
OMG...! This is so fitting of the Punisher... They are AWESOME! I honestly don't know what else to say...!

[OVERALL]
I love the arcade intro, and the way you did the ending is perfect sense there is no real boss in MUGEN. Credits and props are given to all who helped on this project. And you all well deserve it... I love this character despite the small issues I have with him. Congratulations! You've done a terrific job on my favorite Marvel character. It was a long wait, and I kept checking daily to make sure I didn't miss his release. Thank you! And believe me when I say... I will be playing with this character many times over bro...  :thumbsup:  :)  :o

Great head notes to go off of for the update! The next update will include new contributions including Special intros (PUNISHED Contest Updates 2 more winners needed, Wucash's ghost Rider, Acey/JT's Spider-Man, Hopefully Team Unlimited's DeadPool.<<---- Holla at me guys.) and other stuff i see fit.

Don't forget Captain Commando, and Colossus. I've been wanting them forever also. At least the EOH versions, as well as everyone else in the roster that hasn't been released yet. This Punisher is absolutely amazing by the way Apoc. I just tried him out for like an hour straight. Frickin awesome.!!!

Apoc, that's p2dist x, and the numerical value has to be negative since the opponent will be registered as behind the Punisher. You should write something like this:

trigger1 = p2dist X <= -10

If you got any other things that you have issues with just let me know  ;)

i've finish now the arcade with him (and cable :P) and i have noticed a thing: in the win pose with Nick fury, when the two goes away all the stage slide to follow him, and the enemy on the ground too... LOL

also, when the enemy's blocking, if Punisher make a special/hyper, doesn't take any damage.... bout the symbiote Punisher char.... uhhhhh really didn't expect it!!!  :o

by the way, i think he needs a more agressive AI, cuz he's tha Punisher

Tried out Punisher and all I can say is he's a great character but it's still a beta. I experienced alot of sound issues and glitches unlike Wolvenom, but thanks for the release, I really appreciate your work. Hope for an awesome update soon.

Yeah I found the only issue with this character is the sound.
They seem like they would work for some other MvC or MvsDc type characters...jsut doesn't fit the punisher.
His hit sounds should be...I don't know how to say it in words "Bruta" I guess. Like not a smash bros sound "Thwak", y'know?
And his Gun could have a hit sound like a bullet hitting it's target.

The character moves and sprites are fantastic though, I also like the intro =3

Congrats Apoc, Pusher plays well for me, some lil' issues, but that's all. Maybe some stuff can be changed to be more different from Cable...

to be honest i didnt like him in EOH.. he had only a few moves with weapons, and i didnt like the symbiote punisher mod.. he was more like a symbiote than a man with a lots of guns, grenades and knives.. i like symbiotes, wolvenom is one of my favorites, but i say punisher should use weapons! its not symbiote punisher, its normal punisher! maybe a separated symbiote punisher would be cool, or you could include a symbiote mod if we change palette, like alucards batman (i think that would be the best).. or a symbiote hyper in a normal punisher, but not more!  >:P
and you just did it! you gave him a lot of weapons, and converted that symbiote mod into a hyper.. it has a much better taste now!   =D> this is exactly how punisher would fight! the fatalities are awesome, the gameplay is great! i have to say i f**kin love this char! you guys made a great job, congrats, and thanks for this surprise!
btw its still not clear.. is wucash working on an other version of your punisher for the scruffydragons?
before i forget, you should balance his weapons more, for example his shotgun is too weak even if you stand next to the enemy, but some of the other weapons are a little overpowered.. you could give him some delay time, cuz his projectiles can be spammed way too easily.. just little things, but they will make him more perfect!

You have outdone yourself! An unique addition to any Marvel Mugen! It has a lot of moves, weapons, FATALITIES!!! I'm gonna keep him in my chars!

Still, its my duty to also point out the not-so-cool facts:

Stands - I notice the Punisher has several stances, yet none are very credible. Most can be noticed to be simple alterations, and other seem irregular (Inflating spectorals do not qualify as breathing  ;*)) ) I remember seeing your char with a Cable pose a long time ago in a vid, that could work out. Still, if your intention it's to make an original stance, then my advice would be to make one that involve regular complete body movements. You can use as reference Cable, Cyclops, AKA any Capcom-Marvel char. With your talent and a little patience, I'm sure you can come up with a stand worthy of a CAPCOM character.

By the way, Nick Fury stance in the intro, same problem: Inflating spectorals and moving abdominals, ... unless he is a symbiote...

Sound - The fireshots are not that strong. A few clear and loud sound FX would do some good.

AI - It has a good AI, but it can do better. Remember, "Punisher Kills the Marvel Universe" book shows us that HE CAN KICK @$$!!

Overall it's an unique character, with a whole lot of potential. Can we see Nick Fury in the near future? We'll see!

Hope my review has helped in some way. Can't wait for the update. Keep up the good work!!

I love the character ....just can't figure how in the hell to download the stage music...

I enjoy a lot playing with him, but I have a problem to perform the Knive Hyper and the Missile Strike Hyper, I don't know if I only the one with the problem. Otherwise, great job, and thanxs again Apoc, very nice job.

posted on the infantry but dont know when you will check so ill post here also

-the only basic i found that connects with his crouching heavy kick is the standing light punch and standing light kick

-his ground.back = 20
      ground.front = 20
need adjusting, he can basically stand over skinny characters(pots shin gouki)

-the hitsparks on the rapid fire specials are misplaced

-the call missle hyper only works for me when i use the D,DF,F,x+z command

-the Symbiote hyper only works for me when i use the D,DF,F,a+b command

-the knife hyper only works if i combo into it(dont know if this was intended)

-the "bullets" of the rapid fire special(hard punch) dont match the same angle as the gun fx angels

-there is no sound for land mine, gernade throw or the grab move(punches)

-in the bazooka hyper halfway through he doesnt have any clsn2

-he has too many clns2 boxes

-the land mine, if you jump over it and walk backwards into it you can block it(dont know if this was intended) just seems weird because you cannot destroy it with any projectiles because it doesnt have any clns2. also if you jump over it and walk forward into it you will be blown forward instead of backwards

-the rapid fire specials/gernade can be done in the air when chained to the launcher s.jump, he will get stuck in the air.

-alot of his specials are states like 81,82,83,84 etc not the normal 1000-1999 (didnt check the hypers states)

-the rapid fire moves will not hit p2 if they are right next to punisher(tested on pots shin gouki)

-his heavy punch rapid fire move sends a clns1 before he pulls his gun out

-his medium and heavy kick rapid fire moves have the clns1 higher than the gun is

-his D,DF,F light punch 3 hit combo will not hit on the 2nd hit sometimes(against pots shin gouki), maybe use posadds because the feet are not correct, this will make him move forward abit. also he does not turn back around at the end, the end he has his back toward you then the next sprite he is facing you.

-the moves where he pulls out the gun and shoots them diag and up the clns1 are not placed with the bullets should go

-his launcher is a crouch state but the animation is standing, maybe make it a close standing move(sf3) or a standing move

-there are no command triggers from keeping the AI from doing moves(will cause problems later)

-you have a standing/crouching guard push but dont have an air one

-you have a standing move(dashingupper) that connects to your juper jump

-you have your AI as Var(59) = 1 but in your moves you have this trigger: triggerall = Var(59) != 2

-in the cmd file you have two 88 states with different triggers

I find it somewhat hard to pull off pun's specials (mines, ak-47, etc..) i find myself mashing the down forward motion till I get it, was that intentional?

I would like to get the mines laid down easier as I can air combo into those.

I know what you mean. It's kind of tough for me to pull off his hypers and his specials like the knife uppercut for some reason. The only hyper that works flawlessly for me is the D, DB, B, x+y (rocket launcher) one. All the others I have to keep mashing the commands until he does them. I have the same problem with the EOH Blanka also. It's weird.

- His shotgun attack doesn't work at long range (p2 on the other side of the screen)
- the default palette is the red/black while I think it should be the black/white
- his vs small portrait is all dark (I know someone already posted a fix in the thread)

Those remarks are only for small improvements as I said, it's a great char that was definitely missing in Superheroes Mugen.

Good character. The thing that needs improvement are mainly the Shooting attacks. The Shooting attacks can be performed too fast after each other wich doesn't allow the oppenent to get close 1 of then is so fast that it is an infinity move. Stopped at 72 hits to make a screenshot.

The quality of this char is professional, like Batman of Scruff Dragons, then, congrats for your Punisher =D>
But...
As Batman of Scruffy, He needs more "AI", to beat others chars, like Wonderman and others.

Ok bro. More problems... I've seen some of the comments others have written, and so I decided to have a look at some of the things they're talking about.

[SUPERS]
The one's that work perfectly for me, are the rocket launcher: D-B+LP & MP

Symbiote Punisher assault: D-B+LK & MK

Now for the other supers, I've developed my own way to make them work pretty easy. I have to admit, your move list doesn't seem to be accurate, but they should be like this. Knife uppercut: D-F+LK & MK

Missile attack: D-F+ LP & MP

Those are the only ones I know of... If there are others, could someone let me know? Also, I notice when I do the knife upper as a fatality, the opponent just disappears! ??? What's up with that???!!! Is that supposed to happen? Maybe you could just make a ton of blood shoot from the opponent as they're still standing there (Samurai showdown style) Then fall to their knees, and die in a pool of their own blood. That would be cool.

Other things that I have found wrong, forum members have already made known, so there's no need for me to repeat the statements they've made. We love your character man, and we support you totally. Let's all make sure we make this guy the Punisher he's meant to be. He's close, but still has some things that need to be worked out. I appreciate the fact that you've responded to my last post personally, that was awesome! It's always great when a creator takes ideas, and listens to his forum members. Together we'll all make this character the best that he can possibly be... Problems or not, I still love this Punisher and can't wait for updates. He's only gonna get better... :thumbsup:

Yeh, i'm been getting a lot of questions about that and I'm currently getting those loose ends patched up. MGMURROW offered to assist me and from what i've heard (haven't verified) has sent me a correction CNS with a lot of minor corrections including the functionality of the CMD for the hypers and supers. If all goes well I'll be able to get an update out at around the end of the month.

Just download WinRar. it's quick and easy, plus it opens .zip, .rar, and .ace(y)  ;*)) all three types are commonly used then we package characters. Glad you found your way over to our party. Welcome to the forum  :)

One question Apocalypse how many hypers The punishe has? I've been only able to do 2 hypers the other's don't work or the comand to do them are wrong BC is not working.  If he has more than 2 i"ve not been able to get them to work

 :o @-) ^:)^ Apoc, you are the frickin man!This updated Punisher is outstanding! I'm digging the new move, and how all his hypers work flawlessly now. He just feels more balanced now with all the little tweakes. I ended up staying awake until like 5:30 just trying him out and playing different people. I can't say it enough Apoc, and everyone else that chipped in to make Punisher as great as he is now, thank you soooo much. Just frickin awesome! Can't wait for Maxx now.  ;D  :w00t: Oh, and I didn't have any problems extracting the first update you posted, or the newest one. I would just redownload it if you had problems.

Oh my!! lol...  This is a hell of an update Apoc! NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Two things I still have a problem with though. Sorry man, lol... I know I may be nit picking, but I gotta say... He's near perfect now! But I still can't combo into any of his specials. I CAN combo into the knife Hyper which is AWESOME, but I'd love to be able to add a gun to the end of my combo chain.

Problem number 2: That knife hyper fatality... It still doesn't make any sense that the opponent just disappears, or turns into a blood splatter. Cut the opponent in half or something! lol... I don't know, just making a suggestion. I love the new flash grenade! That was a nice touch! :thumbsup: This is so SICK!!  =D>

Hey Apoc, how hard would it be to change the knife throw move so that the knife kind of stays showing for like a quick second after it lands in an opponent so that it looks like it's stuck there shortly? I was just thinking that would be cool. Also, maybe you could add a knife uppercut move like in his hyper, but make them single uppercuts with upercut commands since they're not being used right now. Lastly, maybe the D, DB, B HP could be a timed stick of dynamite or something, just to switch it up even more. Those are just some ideas I had. I got to say it again. This character is frickn outstanding now with the new updates. He was awesome before, but now... :o

Hey Apoc, how hard would it be to change the knife throw move so that the knife kind of stays showing for like a quick second after it lands in an opponent so that it looks like it's stuck there shortly? I was just thinking that would be cool. Also, maybe you could add a knife uppercut move like in his hyper, but make them single uppercuts with upercut commands since they're not being used right now. Lastly, maybe the D, DB, B HP could be a timed stick of dynamite or something, just to switch it up even more. Those are just some ideas I had. I got to say it again. This character is frickn outstanding now with the new updates. He was awesome before, but now... :o


The knife idea is not hard at all. It sticks now, but not nearly as long as Deadpool's knife throw. The Knife upper was original just a knife super attack, then it was a super and a hyper. Around the later end until the release it was changed out and substituted for the fallback shot you see now. I didn't wanna duplicate supers and hyper moves unless i had to. As with the flashbang, I still want to swap out one of the two remaining prox mine dupp cmd's in exchange for a new attack (currectly in development)

..I still can't combo into any of his specials. I CAN combo into the knife Hyper which is AWESOME, but I'd love to be able to add a gun to the end of my combo chain.

Yeh, also it's nothing more then adding a few triggers per each rapid fire super command. I'll be sure to get at that.

If it disappears, it's because i'm using a base trigger to distinguish when time && state match, and if they don't it won't appear. I thought i checked it pretty well thru because occassionally not have the splatter appear. As for cutting in half..  :-??

Thing about it is that is has to be a somewhere universal ending.. even the skeleton on the missle hyper is kinda streching it a bit. I couldn't image how to set up cutting every character in a state like that..unless i am preceiving it wrong.

Love the update Apoc.  It's great how he says bang and shoots the handgun.  They symbiote hyper came out really cool.  The only think I found is sometimes after the knofe throw in the air punisher does not fall to the gound and he can walk on air.

Really bro. but I think is prety EXHAUSTIVE and BORING listen he says BANG  *Iceman ThumbsDown!*, each time he give a shot, I don' like of Update just because he says BANG  %-( every time you give a hard punch or air atack with H.Punch, please... Change it, and will became Perfect with other your fixs that you made for hin, I love the Update, exept because He says BANG EVERY TIME, when you try give a Hard Punch.  :-@  It is so REPETITIVE when he says BANG like a KID, when are playing CowBoy. (bang,bang)
I just don't agree when Spider says webball,webball, webball, web.... (can you guys see what I talk about?)
I prefer the Punish just give a SHOT and says nothing  [-X

Please, change it, cut it off  >o:-(. Just leve it on a INTRO (Punish isn't a Spider-Man, he don't have humor in batlle)

Nice job on Punisher so far, especially after today's update.  Here's a few things I noticed, sorry if they've already been said.

-Pallete issue with mine special, van intro, motorcycle outro.  The explosion from the mine has the same color as certain palletes, making it look strange.  Same for the van/motorcycle.

-Mine explosion sprites cut off at the top.

-He could use air specials/hypers.

-His gun specials are way too smammable.  You could possibly have an ammo counter, maybe like Lobo to keep him honest.

-His standing hard kick looks unnatural.  Maybe another frame or two would make it look smoother.

-In his outro with Nick Fury where they run off screen, the camera follows them, dragging the opponent with it.

-He can't throw a flash grenade if a mine is placed, not sure if that was intentional.

-Speaking of the grenades, the commands seem a little weird, and they kind of "clash" with the other moves.  Perhaps give him another grenade type and have the moves something like this:
 Regular Grenade - F, D, DF, LP
 ? Grenade - F, D, DF, MP
 Flash Grenade - F, D, DF, HP

-The hitsparks on all the gun specials is too big, and looks kind of strange.

Other than these few things and what has already been addressed, you've done a great job on him.  Good luck on him and your other projects. :thumbsup:


@ lideroptimus - If it bugs you that bad, you can remove the Playsnds in his cns file.  Open the EOH file and edit these two sections out:

But I have an idea. I hope you like it.
What if you make this char work a bit like mvc megaman or like Dogiedoo's Leo. Let me explain it better.

Supers:

- with a D,DB,B command and diferent punches you would load a diferent weapon (thrown by the punisher truck), they would be non lethal weapons ( suggestions: glue gun, smoke gun, tranquilizers, sleeping gas, sound guns,...) and would use them with the normal D,DF,F punch command

- With D,DF,F and kick you could use diferent types of grenades (proximity mines, pipe bombs, and time bombs)

Hypers:

- Like the supers , only you could load a lethal weapon with a limited amount of anmo, like:
    - a D,DF,F and 3 punches you would load a bazooka and 3 rockets
    - a D,DB,B and 3 punches you could load a sniper gun and 3 shots
    - D,F,DF and 3 punches you could load a mini nuclear warhead!!!! hehehe
    - and D, DF, F and 3 kickes you could use that same special he had on arcade where he throws 3 grenades then duck, that was fun too.


Welll, this are my ideas of how I would love a punisher char and how he would be really different from other chars.
Still I like yours a lot.

first off you r lieing cus i am the one who helped do the update on punisher and the only times he says "Bang" is when he does the hard punch in the statedef of 220 or 620

R@CE, don't get discouraged man. I know it sucks when you work hard on something and then everyone just nit picks it apart. I think it's more the people that can't find anything else wrong with him other than "Bang" so they just keep posting that to fill up their day with activity. I'm more talking about MI than anything else. I think everyone else is just too busy playing with him and liking the new updates, that they get lost in it and forget to post back on it's excellence, which is what I did with this Punisher. I've been geeking out on him and Wolvenom for the past three days that I haven't really had a chance to leave any useful feedback. At this point though, other than wanting the knife to stay in the opponents longer and a few move tweaks, I can't think of anything else. Great job to everyone that helped make this character great by the way. I just had to say that again. It's good to actually have more marvel characters in mugen than just the ones from MvC. It's what I've been wanting forever. Bang!

It shows on the track, It`s so epic R@CE 45, Made Punisher the best release in the party (IMO) because of that song

I already posted this on scruffy but I wanna make surre you see it.

Problems with the release:

Jump – To slow looks like he’s sort of floating
Standing MP – Launches too far forward
Grenade – The animation looks sloppy like the grenade is floating instead of being thrown fix the animation also why doesn’t it explode if you throw it over the opponent?
Uzi – Fix the animation the fire anim is not synced with the gun it looks bad. Look at baby bonne hood or bulletta if you want a reference
Down, Down, Back, LP – Is a grenade and it suffers from the same fate as the standard grenade.
Proximity Mine – Doing the command after you set it should make it explode. Also the explosion effect is really short make it higher.

Other than that awesome release!

All of the moves will be seen, including the new one since the update, the stun grenade. Some in an AI battle, all the rest in Training mode for a better look.

There are also text annotations throughout the video, and a more detailed discussion review at the main video link under more info.

I went into pretty much every aspect in the discussion, but here is the constructive criticism side:

There are quite a few things that still need some tweaking, but nothing too significant...but that is usually the case with characters classified as a beta, such as what Apoc calls him currently. With the sound, it is good when used, but I'd like to hear a few more clips during general gameplay as him saying bang and his get hit grunt just is not enough to me. The strong kick just looks weird, perhaps missing some animation frames, I'm not sure, I just know I don't like it's look. I did see him walking in air a few times as well, so that is a definite bug. And I thought his damage numbers needed some tweaking up in some cases. Plus, the Air Raid hyper needs to be adjusted in case you and the opponent are close to the edge of the screen, as it loses effectiveness sometimes. My main issue is the AI. He uses his hypers pretty good, though a little too much reliance on the Symbiote hyper; would like the others used a little more often for balance sake. And he just is not as strong as Frank Castle should be to me, as could not really do much against standard competition. Also, not sure why, but he barely uses his special moves in AI mode. He uses them very rarely, so I think that needs adjustment. But again, these things do not detract much from playing with him, as he is very fun to use.

Hey man, one of the first thing that i did when i downloaded the punisher is look  for that Helicopter attack hyper. I don't know what happen with that hyper bc it looks so cool. It seems to me that he for whatever reason desided to remove the helicopter and have the punisher stay in the ground and use the radio to call the helicopter, the helicopter would come and stays off the screen but will fire a bunch of misiles. I think that's what he did. I would like to here straight from the creator to see what really happen and if the hyper when he calls the bunch of missiles, is the famouse helicopter hyper remove from him.

Missiles and machine gun shots do help to differentiate the two hypers, of course.

Hmm, ApOc, why not make it an aerial hyper? I noticed Punisher has none, make Punisher Jump, do the button comb for the hyper and the helicopter picks him up?

I tried out the update and it rocked. Here is some feedback/suggestions if your doing another update for him:

Feedback:

1. The lifebar portrait is still messed up and is not 25 x 25.

The symbiote one SHOULD be left unblockable, you can just jump over him to dodge, it is a slow attack, making it blockable = useless  :-SS

Hey man i think u cover everything. Also would like to see the helicopter hyper back. With this things added to the punisher it will make an already great solid character into a work of art. I think i would put it up there with the great Loganir characters like Thor' Wonder woman & others created by him

Has anyone figured out how to make it so his ai doesn't take over fighting for you in the middle of a fight? It does it in training mode too. If I fight against him in training and launch him, his ai kicks on, if I play as him, it will kick on if I get launched. Just curious, because I haven't seen anyone else post this. It just started doing it after the latest ai update. Any help would be grand.  :) I dig the new the stance by the way.

This also happened to me as well. I don't know why it does that but aPoCaLyPsE said he will fix it, which I don't know when.

 AI made by me, Lideroptimus for character made by Apocalypse, Excursion,
and WuCash.

- In first I would like to thanks to God, Lord Jesus for my life and my
wrongs and rights.

- In second I'd like to thanks to Apoc, Wucash, Excursion and all
involved in this great char "Punisher".

- In third I want to thankyou to Zvitor, my friend here from Brazil for
some help with combos codes.

OK, what I did with AI?

- First, i coding de CMD file
- I fix the bug in flash bomb (now you can hit with when the prox bomb
is in the ground).
- Second, I was in CNS file, and I grew-up attaks, defenSe and some
supers:

GENERAL ATTAK & DEFENSE:

ATTAK: 130 to 150. (Why? The punishe always usually use
guns and should make more damage)

DEFENSE: 100 TO 110. (Why? He must have some especial costume, like, a
vest to proof of bullets)

SHOTGUN: Now make the double of damage. (Why I did that??? Because is
hard to hit the enemy, the punishe has to be so close to make it happen,
and..."Come on", a SHOTGUN usually do more @#$%#@$% in opponent when is
so close and Hit it).

KNIFE-THROW: Double of damage.(Now hurt more than a punch, but no more
than others weapons)

DASH-IN-UPPER: Double of Damage. (Why again? he beat the opponent and
finish with the gun, and like the ShotGun, is hard to make it happen...
and, become more like Batman of Scruffy made by Alucard with similar
move).

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Now, I'm not the creator of this great char, then the aPoCaLyPsE has to
aprove to become a official "AI" and their changes.

If you guys want just the AI, just put the CMD file in place of other.
But if you guys want the changes too, put a CNS file in place of other.
Don't forget to do a backup of your olds files.

Edit: I just tried him with the new ai patch, and man, I just recieved one of the nastiest beat downs I've ever had, but dang it looked cool the whole time. That's awesome you were able to fix the ai taking over for him when he gets launched. That was the main thing I was hoping got addressed, and it did. Nicely done, and thanks a million lideroptimus.  :)

Yes i agree Parasite needs an AI. The bigest problem with Parasite right now other than the awful AI, is that he's still incomplite, and i don't really know bout how much BC Buyog would not say or give us a percenage of how complite is Parasite. If u ask me i would say that parasite is probably 55 to 65 percent done. Even know he still incomplite, i still would love a good AI for him.

- I give you guys two patchs, and just CNS file has the diferencs in status of the char, if you guys don't agree if the changes just put CMD file in place of other, but you can downgrade 150 to 130 in atake and 110 to 100 in defense again, and the SUPERS, will keep with Upgrades.

- About the Symbiote hyper I can made it with more often... if you want guys. I just think that punisher is more Punisher with another hypers, more porcent than symbiote one. but...  You know guys, if you want I can make with more often.

- Yeah... I want do more "AIs" to anothers DC & MARVEL chars, and later made a char by myself.

Just a quick one for the creator of the Punisher. Some 2 plus month's ago, u kind of hinted or ask us the fan if we would like to see the missing helicopter hyper added to the Punisher again, i think we all very clearly, reply u back with a tremendous Yes for the Helicopter hyper. Well since then we haven't hear a thing from u, so i don't know where u stands with this. Are u gonna add the hyper or not. We would love to know, if u would give us an answer weather u might or will add the hyper or not. BC u ask us and we said yes to the helicopter hyper. U being gone fore more than 2 month's now, without clear answer. I really hope the u add this hyper to the punisher.

The new versions AI is much better than the older releases. But I guess it does depend on how powerful the patch is , if they are even comparable

The patch working depends on the CMD file, and there have been too many changes to the CMD file for the old patch to work with the new version.
