if theres was a contest in char stability, quality, efficiency, ect...

who would you choose, its too tough for me to decide.

What does this have to do with Mugen requests? First of all, we don't interrogate anything and everyone involving in Mugen here or anyplace else. Mugen is a 2D game that we can create for our likings, and unless you're asking for a certain character, stage or add-on, I would suggest that you Google, search, and check the database for what you're looking for. Otherwise, it's a waste of time with this thread.
