Help wanted for Marvel 2099 mugen project

I'm working with a sub-group within "Marvel Outsider" mugen-group that is focusing on making mugen games based on the 1990's Marvel 2099 line of comics.  Our first game that we're working on now is "Fall of the Hammer," the first major original crossover of the series.  We already have people working on playable-characters Spider-Man 2099, Doom 2099, and Hulk 2099, but we still need more.  The remaining game-characters up for grabs are:

Playable:
Ravage 2099
Punisher 2099
Meanstreak (X-Men 2099 member)
Krystalin (X-Men 2099 member)
Skullfire (X-Men 2099 member)
Bloodhawk (X-Men 2099 member)

Bosses:
Baldur 2099
Heimdall 2099
Hela 2099
Loki 2099
Thor 2099

The 5 Aesir 2099 bosses are not the real-deals, but megacorporation Alchemax fakes created by 2099-tech, using normal-person subjects, all in a plan to discredit and kill the real heroes, and kill many NYCers in the process. 

Our staff/potential-staff Yahoo Group has all the Fall of the Hammer-related 2099 comics scanned to work from, as well as others on the side for better views of the characters.  Single-sprites are being made for the remaining characters, in anyone interested wants a sprite-still to work from.

I was actually thinking of tracking you folks down. Acey, of course, made the Hulk 2099 character your group started into a playable character, but the dialogue still needs doing. I've been secured to do the voice acting, but neither Acey nor I are familliar with the character to generate a script. I've been looking for Hulk 2099 comics and/or torrents so as to work on this, but without luck.

If you could contact me privately, perhaps we could discuss this.

I just checked your website though, and you guys probably have enough spriters anyways. Also, I don't know If I could sprite that well o.O
