And don`t rush it...making a good looking sig takes a while

nic3 looks like some motion blurs layer changes and maybe an index color black body i could be wrong.

I would like to have it with a color that makes good contrast...if the BG is blue...i`ll like it pale yellow(not a flashy eye-killing yellow...u know)

Ok so the BG is kinda blue on rockman's side and red on the other side so i put in a yellow that is not very bright but you can see so here it is:
