[WIP] Bas the Teddybear

Okay, what I'm about to do is actually unconventional for MUGEN WIPs as far as I know, but the best thing to learn from mistakes is to see what's wrong about a certain character, and to see what's wrong about a certain character, you have to actually be able to see it up personal.

Also, to avoid character leaking issues, I decided to say, what the heck, public testing ground.

So, first, a video.

Anyway, this character basically has nothing, it even has less than the regular things. It can't even attack yet.

However, I made some small adjustments so that this character may be a little more unique, the airturn in particular. It's basically two times "back" when in the air, where back is "not the side he's facing".

So, anyway, if there is ANYTHING I need to fix (aside from major spriting issues, if it's a few sprites it's okay though) just put it in here.
