I'm taking the MvC part is only referring to its playing style, right? Because in that case, great job on the sprites, although I do have a fear that the sprite will look a bit stiff.

For the running sprite, maybe you don't feel like changing it, but it would look a little bit better if the arms moved a bit, even though in the games they're near-stiff.
