Excursion?

to every body here I am done with my character and I fix most of the errors and I am ready to upload  but I wont to make sure it is ok
with Excursion I pmed him two time and told him about all the sprites and thing I use in the character I got some open soures sprites

sprites and we coded him there is no one eles code in me and my cuz characters and I just wont the ok because my character is ready to be uploaded so do I got the ok  to releases it Excursion?

Well, he is asking because in both his other character threads, I asked him a question or 2 about his characters/coding and since he never answered my questions, I locked his threads. I wanted clarification if he edited sprites/codes or if he just sprite-swapped one of POTS creations. Although POTS is open source, he still wants credit if you butcher/edit his character and re-release it under your own name. Erasing/eliminating anyone else's original readme or not even including a readme with what you did to what character and replacing the name in the def file to just your own is wrong on a couple common sense levels. Again, I just wanted clarification.

TripleM: If you edited someone else's work, if you just use sprites from whatever website you downloaded them from, if you use someone else's codes (snippet's) credit them and include a readme. Letting people assume you butchered someone else's character and replaced their name with yours just raises doubts about your legitimacy.

ok I will make a readme and give credit to the open soures, P.O.T.S and every one eles who help us(me and tripleG) along 
and I will put the cmds in the one readme to for everyone so they know how to use my character and credit in the second readme ok I will upload him soon be right back thanks Excursion
