Ultimate Sasaki stage (Best of Best)

Sasaki's stage from the game Best of Best for Mugen 1.0 and Mugen 1.1. I extended the height to about medium superjump range. Added a glowing lamp and better lightning effects which light the sky for a short period of time instead of the sky just being a black sky all the time. I also separated all the layers as well as added a 3D effect to the building. If you do not like the 3D looking building then you can just use the Mugen 1.0 version. No zoom added because I didn't like the way it looked on this stage. Special thanks to Cenobite 53 for some sprites!!
