Best settings when recording with snagit

can someone help me please. because when i record and compare that chars in my vids are moving fairly slow.

yea mine are to

make sure you mugen screen is at 320x240. at that screen size you can have it going 30fps.

answer to this question:

in my tut is i say before you compress the videos make sure you record it without a codec....(which is uncompressed frames)

which allows you to get the best quality and then convert it as said in my tut.

and thats all you need to do to get the best quality while still getting good frames per second rate.
