Ayuda para hacer las lifebars del Castlevania Judgment

Esto se me hace un cacao.Cuando disminuyo el tamaño de la lifebars para adaptarlo a la del mugen se pixela,no consigo la trasparencia y en el peor de los casos el migen 1.0 se me apaga.No consigo hacer las lifebars ni para Winmugen ni para 1.0. Asi que te supico una ayudita para hacer las lifebars del Castlevania Judgment:
