Added Down H.Kick similar to M.Bison/Vega
Added Air Specials
Added Push Block
Added MvC2 like Counter
Added Reversal
Added New 9000,1 & 9000,0
Tweaked some of her basic attacks
Fixed hit boxes
Fixed her Dodge,When she dodge Sally can get grabbed similar to King of Fighters
Fixed Taunt ,she can taunt more than once

okay sweetie I gonna tell you how it is okay please understand where I am coming from Im mayor fan of sonic heck even most my friends from mugen free for all are sonic fans. but every mugen character that I encounter relayed with sonic in general turn horribly wrong.
 
Okay after long term testing this edit mugen character . I have to say its play decent specially the basic. I understand your working way to learn more about mugen creation and that cool. but I have to say you should start over and take what you had learn so far and make your own base character than using other person sprite creation. but all in all  great job

I was planing on redoing Sally, I wanted her to  feel more solid in game play. Yuyustars  thanks for feedback
