From what i remember in the previous topic, he's going to have most/all of the ryu/ken/akuma moves
And a few new movies that only the True master of Ansatsuken would know, as he didnt get to pass them on before he was killed.

indeed what SMew said.
just to clear that he will get mostly, the techniques of Gouki (remember he was his more advanced student), but with different tweaks, taking poses and attacks from shotos like ryu,ken,n even dan (they learned in second generation, and from "uncomplete-trained" masters)

one of the techniques Goutetsu never passed was "metsu heart cracker" (sabaki translated for me, but i dont remember right now how it was..) and others..

thats what i can say by now..

Egm created him as a joke, but it grew into a legend kinda like some of the old MK rumors that became characters later. I miss in game secrets.........

however those who belives he is real, actually are working in him as mugen wips.

which is kinda unfortunate because what about the others who've taught the other street fighters their poop. oh well im just ranting
