In Game Command List

I was adding a character named Kuuga and while play testing him, I noticed that if you hit down+start it opens an in game command list.  I wasn't aware this was possible.  I can't find any tutorials on it however.  Does anybody know more about this as it is something I would love to add in.

Nothing special. Create a sprite. Display with explod when you hit that combination. Use superpause to lock it down.

About the only cleverness would be if it scrolled. Where you are confused is thinking that they've typed that somewhere and mugen has written out the text. Not actually the case, they've just made a sprite of it. Nothing fancy whatsoever. And generally ignored cos who wants to accidentally do that during a fight (used to be a pain for AI too although 1.0 at least solves that problem)

Haha yeah I thought it was a bit more grand than that.  It does change pages when hitting left and right but does not scroll.  Thanks for the explanation!
