Hi, How can i remove the small text at the bottom of the title screen of Mugen 1.0

(The text above is what it said on the bottom for the title screen of Mugen 1.0) I cant seem to find a way to remove it on the Mugen.cfg of Mugen1.0. can you help me

I don't think its removable and besides your goin to need it to be there so that you know what to press for the info
