Does anybody have Halo 3 and CAN go online with it?

I'm trying to get the 6th skull, it's presumably the hardest to get. I always have Ghosts and wraiths ganging up on me. No matter what I do I can't seem to get that skull.  >:( Can somebody please help me, I guess on multiplayer or something? My gamertag is
