Sonic character movesets

I've been working on movesets for different Sonic chars. Here's what I have for Tails and Knuckles

TAILS

Special Attributes:
*He can perform a "Quadrouple Jump" with his tails
*If you hold the jump button he can slow his desent with his tails

Quarter Circle Forward + Punch = Prower Shot
Tails shoots from his arm cannon from Battle. Light punch shoots straight up, medium punch shoots diagonally, strong punch shoots forward. In the air, light is diagonally upward, medium is straight, and strong is diagonally downward which can OTG opponents

In Air, Half Circle Forward + Punch = Flying Jab
Tails goes forward with a boxing glove

Quarter Circle Backward + Punch = Rodent Bomb
Tails places a small mine on the floor. Light punch places a bomb with a small explosion, medium punch places a bomb with "electric" explosion, and strong punch places a bomb with a larger explosion. All explosions can OTG opponents

Quarter Circle Forward + Kick = Twin Tail Slash
Tails goes forward swinging his tails forward. The distance varies between kicks. This attack can also be performed in the air

Quarter Circle Backward + Kick = Spin Dash
Tails performs a spin dash. The longer you hold the more you charge it

Quarter Circle Forward + Two Kicks = Tails Cyclone
Tails spins creating a mini tornado surrounding him. You can move around during the attack. When he's done spinning he will stand still dizzy

Quarter Circle Backward + Two Punches = Tornado Go! (lvl 3 hyper)
The Tornado will fly in and Tails jumps in. Now you control Tails via the tornado by shooting the opponents. Punches shoot out quick bullets and kicks shoot out slower missles

KNUCKLES

Special Attributes:
*Glides when double tapping left or right when in the air, can also hit the opponent with said glide
*Can climb up walls

Quarter Circle Forward + Punch = Megaton Punch
Knuckles punches forward with great strength. Power and chargeup time varies between punches

Quarter Circle Backward + Punch = Boulder Toss
Knuckles tosses a boulder forward. Distance and arc of the punch varies between punches

Half Circle Forward + Punch = Crimson Torpedo
Knuckles dives forwards spinning fists first

Quarter Circle Backward + Kick = Tunnel Rat
Knuckles tunnels underground. Light kick moves backwards, medium kick puts Knuckles in front of the opponent, and strong punch puts Knuckles behind opponent. When used in air, Knuckles dives downward fists first which can OTG opponents

Quarter Circle Forward + Two Punches = Echidna Rage
Knuckles goes forward delivering strong haymakers.

Quarter Circle Backward + Two Punches = Megaton Fury
Knuckles punches the ground sending two Gamma Wave esque shock waves on both sides of Knuckles

Quarter Circle Forward + Strong Punch and Kick = Tough As Leather (lvl 3 hyper)
Counter hyper; Knuckles loosens his shoulder with a cocky grin. If he is hit, he'll hold the opponent's blow, then delivers a rib shattering punch to the gut. Then he delivers a powerful uppercut that sends the opponent up to the stratosphere then goes crashing down
