That's really, really strange. I don't want to make any conspirology suggestions, but if they were like this(weird as hell) all the time, then somebody would've noticed that, their family for example. And if they wasn't like this - what kind of thing could've triggered it?
You know, I believe in existence of soul and that it have consciousness and subconsciousness, while brain is only mechanism similar to computer. If it is like that - striping soul out of person or blocking it's access to body would result into animal like this... That version sounds safer then virus... If nobody found a way to masskick souls out of bodies...

(not that it's a lot to kick, all worst of people is rising from it's depths everywhere)

And trust me, cocaine here , the only things i seen it do is , steal from people, space out , overdoses, one dude spazzed out on coccaine ( he already clinically had psychosis issues) and thought he was jesus and got but naked and jumped off his porch roof and hit his head on a brick then stood up shoutin halleluyah whikle bleedin like crazy, rape and murder but never ever cannibalism. so

In another forum I hang out at, one proposed that PCP could have led the suspect to do this. I'd root for that instead because PCP is a beastial drug.
