What you'll need:
-Any version of KY that runs in ePSXe
-ePSXe itself
-This: http://randomselect.i-xcell.com/temp/ky-transpatch-epsxe.rar

Just set everything up, put the patch file in the patch folder, and run the game. You'll have the translation patch working without having to modify your ISO directly (handy for those of you with MDS versions of the ISO).

Have you tried using daemon tools to mount the iso as a virtual cd-rom? My copy's similar, and that works perfectly fine here

I just downloaded the MDS file, but how am I supposed to run the game? I mounted the game on daemon tools but what do I do next? Is there supposed to be a file I'm supposed to run on the mounted drive?

Once you have the disk mounted, just set the emu to use that emulated drive, and it should work from there.

How do I do that? I don't see any option to set the emu to use the drive.

this may sound stupid, but would this work with the iso if I decided to use with PS2 instead of the emulator?

Daemon usually uses the next available drive letter: just go into My Computer, take a look, and see what drive has the ISO's contents on it, then set the emu's CD-Rom driver to it.

starxs: no, this won't work with that, but it should if you patch your ISO with the original version of this. That's a completely different ballpark than what I'm doing here though.

I know that, but how do I set the emu's cd-rom driver to it? If you mean that run cd rom option under file, my emulator just freezes.

Try checking under the plugin options to select the drive you want? You may have to use a different CD-Rom pluggin too.

Oh. Which plugin do you use? I have like 50 and each one I tried so far lags.
