Loving some new moves both Ghost Rider's and Sentry's Hyper looks amazing.
Not very fond to Batman's nor Wonder Woman specials, both seems as regular Rogue moves to me.
Batman's hyper reminds me a little Nightcrawler's one.
Just my humble opinion, hope you don't mind.
The winposes looks great, and the sprite editing looks very slick.

Wonder Woman's sprites were bassed off of Rogue's so that observation makes sense. Also there is cross over for some moves and hypers, Guile and Charlie have the same projectile, Batman and Nightcrawler have the same hypers, Thing has the same hyper as Beast, simply because they are pretty much the same in mugen already. Sentry's hyper FX will be used as Blue for Chun Li and Yellow for Captain Marvel as well.

The really awesome ones made by Acey, those include Captain Marvel (Genis-Vell) and Captain MarVell (Mar-Vell).

BTW, did you notice the Rogue/Superman sprite you made was in there too.

I used your start up and ending sprites except I made her go into a crouch state before the stance at the end. Here is the difference in the actual kick

Basically the final version is 4 frames that loops only reversed the second time around with a different 4th frame. The previously frames won't loop properly.

No, cause Spinning Bird Kick IS the stolen attack from Chun Li

Yep.

Although I did try to make some Kikoken sprites for Rogue, I decided that Spinning Bird Kick would be more diverse. I've been thinking maybe I could take a similar route for Supergirl (an attack that's not Heat Vision) but I'm not sure if Acey wants to keep it as her stolen attack to save space, or if she's gonna steal from Supergirl at all.

Speaking of Superman characters, I really want to cheat for this character, but in the opinions of all of ya'll, what COULD she steal from Lex Luthor?

As for Lex Luthor, Rogue can steal his memories and become evil or throwing kryptonite beams (in Superman, Super boy and Supergirl will have a higher damage). By stealing Lex Luthor powers she would see all the opponents as Supermen due to the obsession of Lex Luthor of killing Superman.

As far as Lex Luthor is concerned...well he's a Tech-Based character
whose only innate ability is his intellect...

what about a Brain Power where she can outwit her opponent with some kind of special Lex-Flavoured counter move?

Well, when she steals from Ironman (not programmed yet) she is going to steal his intellect and so in the intervening moments between the kiss and throwing Stark away she will actually quickly build an invisible repulsor ray into her chest. Oddly enough if she ever loses Stark's intellect then the repulor ray will magically disapear as well....

So I figure Lex would be similar.
