Love Ziv and Buyogs characters, but I have to Say ExShadow gets my vote here. I mean, it's rare for a stage creator to have a shot, but I have to say If I could him and Zvitor would get my votes. They are extreme constant and dedicated to mugen, and whats more they are always willing to help people code/bring their ideas to life.

Zvitor,as he has created a lot of stuff and improved his skills a lot during this last year and proved himself

Buyog,for being the soul of the DC vs Marvel project and releasing Parasite among other characters

And last but not least,our buddy Syn,who is the innovator of violence...i mean Mugen,always bringing up cool stuff upon each release

Didn't vote IMT creators and Admins as it wouldn't be fair competition for the rest of the nominees

I did vote for Zvitor too, but I do got to say this first. He is one of the best creators when it comes to making sprites quickly and having them look really good, however, due to the fact that they are always released so quickly, their coding isn't that great and a lot of characters are left unfinished but looking nice like Isaiah Bradley, and Omega Red. Still one of the best, just wish his coding was as good as his sprite work. Also, DarkCipherLucious, R@CE45, and Mr. Infinite should be on that list to vote from too. DCL hasn't made that many characters, but dang, they are some of the best out there. R@CE 45 and Mr. Infinite haven't made any characters from scratch, but their patches are insanely good to the people that can over look some "accuracy" gripes since this is mugen after all. Most of the posts in the release section for the past half year have mainly been by mr. infinite or race with their patches, and not just quick adjustment patches, but actual noticeable large differences. To sum it up, they would have been some of my votes if listed. Alright I'm done. Honestly though, everyone on that list is insanely good at what they do, congrats to all of you.

All it comes down to was if the person/creation was nominated and we gave almost 2 full months of nomination time. Volzilla submitted lists of nominations and r@ce wasn't on those lists so I figure that Volzilla isn't suggesting that we add someone else to the voting, simply stating a fact.

the only reason i made the race45 post i did earlier was due to this comment. i gotta use quote more often

thanks, (i always thought im better coder then spriter) im not work alone and somes releases are rushed because is spriter wish to release in some event, anyway i like to rush and i dont like to hold chars, if he is playable - complet or not - and i dont want to work more in this char because im bored, i will release so community can find all kind of bugs and minor fixs. i save a txt with all (good) feedback posted to each char, 2010 should be a year to project x, no more new wips (just somes but spriters like to keep secret), and then upgrade all chars to final version like green arrow and aquaman (just missing somes sprites)

EXShadow for making awesome stages, laspacho for nicely sprited Megaman characters, and Zvitor for anything with DC and Marvel. There are more creators I like rather than these three like DarkCipherLucius, but for that list is what I prefer the most.
