Kanye West, he deserves it. I can't wait to go pick it up. Honestly, 50's album doesn't sound that bad this time (Massacre was like a pop album). I'll probably just download the tracks I heard that were good. I'm not a 50 Cent fan, but I want another GRoDT.

I only listen to Jay-Z, Kanye West, and NaS so all other rappers I pretty much judge without listening to them. 50 Cent's first album was great, then he sold out to pop kinda like NaS did with Nastradamus. Plus with the way rap is these days 50's new style is gonna stay, so he'll never be good again in my eyes. Kanye's album is gonna be heat. I'm about to go pick it up as soon......... as soon as my mom gets home.

Kanye all the way. I listened to both a couple weeks ago, and I think Graduation could be one of the best albums out this year, we still have a few months though. On "Curtis", there's only 3 songs I like compared to about half of Kanye's... plus the bonus track "Bittersweet" was alright, but didn't live up to the hype of the snippet that leaked around the time Late Registration dropped. 50 already has his 4th album, Before I Self Destruct, completed and his 5th CD of his deal will be a greatest hits... lets hope BISD is another GRODT

Yeah Nas did go commercial with Nastradamus, I has I Am, one of his best albums, and when the title track dropped 6 months after "Nas Is Like" I just

Glad to have some kanye fans all day at school almost all 50 cents fans, damn but amma dowload the album onto my phone now, and just becuase its so great am buying it to so I can jam out in the car, 50 cent hes ok but I just don't like every thing he makes, I Got Money was hot but I like every thing kanye makes, also kanye west did good with weezy on the track, who 50 cent got Justin Timberlake, how to try to go hard with Justin on the track?

* Seriously, I love all his albums, a lot people can agree that Nastradamus was his worst. I can agree, but it wasn't bad it just wasn't NaS.

Nastradamus was definitely the weakest album Nas released. Stillmatic (and Takeover - Jay-Z) definitely revived Nas' career.

Rappers are just sorry right now. I gotta do my homework on them and research they work b4 the indusrty to determine their skills. The earlier and 1st and maybe 2nd album are the best work they'll have. I mostly listen to the veterans now. If they havent been rappin for 5-10 yrs+ or arent associated with an artist of that caliber...IT GETS NO PLAY & NO DOE from me.

I got the Ye album today and all I got to say is it's fiya! The only track I don't like is "Drunk And Hot Girls" even though Mos Def is on the track. I thought I'd hate "Barry Bonds" because I despise Lil' Wayne, but the track was good on Ye's part (Wayne sucked as usual). Over-all I give the album a 4.5/5.

kanye definately. 50 is fake nuff said, only thing i ever liked about his songs were the beats and that can be said about most of the rap these days. basicly lost it's touch since a while ago i still listen to a few new but not so new artist but other than that it's all oldschool for me.

i completely agree. rap and hip hop IS dead. all it is now is about the money and its become VERY apparent that "rappers" these days will do ANYTHING to get it. its really truely sad. i still remember back in the day when rappers would rap...it was truely a rap. even a story many times. now its just.."i get money" or some stupid song about candy or lip gloss. right now the only people that deserve any kind of respect are chamillionaire, common, jay-z, and yea...kanye. even though i dont like his songs, its his lyrics that stick out for me. same goes with common and jayz. i never really felt their beats but their lyrics and words were so true.

Hey, didn't even see this thread. Well, here's my little input. My money's on Kanye, but I won't be surprised if 50 beats him in record sales in the 1st week. Remember, the latest trend for high sales is to have companies like Virgin and Hot 97 buy your albums in advance and give them out in special contests or promotional deals for free. It's what 50 did a while back with his 2nd album, and I won't be surprised if he'll do it again.

I'm feeling Kanye's style at the momemt, especially with his latest single "Stronger", so my money's on him

It's like you read my mind. Drunknhot girls was so weak, after about 3 minutes into it I had to change it. I thought Barry Bonds was pretty good at first. As soon as Wayne started rapping I didn't understand a word in the song. He mumbled the whole verse *as usual*. Other than that.... GREAT Album
