TM/HM on Pokemon LeafGreen Rom

Does anyone know the code to use to buy any TM/HM on pokemon LeafGreen that actually work for the rom? The ones i found dont actually work at all

The only TM that is worth buying is Ice Beam,and you can get it in the Game Corner on Celadon City 
also remeber T-bolt and flamethrower,but i can't remember a website,have you tried supercheats?

hyper beam isnt that good
not only does it have 80 accuracy
you have to wait after using it which gives your opponent the chance to get you
they paralyze you or knock you to sleep you could be in trouble

Speaking as someone who's had verying degrees of success in Pokemon tournies, I can say that Hyper Beam is VERY worth it.  It's a gamble, certianly, but i've seen and experienced matches in which it either won or lost the match for the user.

but i dont like to gamble to much
hyper beam is good sometimes but i would rather stick with ice beam
