Oops, forgot to add juggle-checking to the launcher. Nice catch, Spidermew.  :thumbsup:

R@ace: thanks for the offer... I responded in the release thread over at SD. ;)

And yeah, I know about the Mr.Freeze... it was actually built on top of the totally-crappy LEAKED Lex, not even the public alpha, so yeah, I'm not too worried about him. :lol:

As for other-colored kryptonites... hmm... ;*))

well, after downloading the character and giving him a test run, I"ve founded a bug in the AI right off the bat, in round 1 before the fight even begins, he ATTACKS you before the fight even starts! but over all, he is a decent challange. (I waited until he was updated to around a beta stage,)

I'm just happy he's so far long... all the basics, 3 specials, 2 hypers... and you're still moving forward with Lex. Coupled together with Wucah's stage this is a great addition to the DCvM project! Yeah!

My favorite parts are the animtions, especially the details on the intro.

thanks. and other stuff that could make this character better opponent is to fix up the timing he does his Failsafe Emission super move, sometimes he does it for no reasion and it leaves him wide open for an attack once he's done. (remembers my test drive with my edited voicepack for MSdensky's Link.)

Ok, I first I thought it was just me, but now I'm not sure.

Whenever I try out Buyog's characters, they seem really stiff and unresponsive (inability to combo, rigid special commands, etc) till I run them through with Dos2Win, sans the .sff file of course. Is there something wrong with my mugen.exe or what?

I know what you're talking about. Actually this is what has always made Buyog one of my favorite creators. The thing is that with Strong Guy, Lobo, Ice, etc... Buyog didn't over power them like the rest of us did. He characters combo in a maner very acurate to the real MvC style and does less damage than many of the newer characters these days. Infinity's EoH characters tend to use a combo system based off of MvC2 Guile's which makes comboing more user friendly all though we still use those traditionally low damanges to increase the length of matches. These days you'll find many new characters who can combo in just about any combination and do alot of damage. One example is Deadpool who combos very easily, does a larger amount of damage and can even connect certain standing attack you while you crouch block. Notice if you pull our your old copy of MvC, none of the characters combo nearly as easily as mugen characters do nowadays.(except button mashing Wolverine and Cyclops) You have to learn the characters combos and use them properly. This is the same way with Buyog's stuff.

Yeah, I may be in the minority with this, but I like the older, more skill-oriented games in the Marvel Vs series. X-Men vs Street Fighter is probably my fave, and Marvel vs Capcom (1) is a close second. MvC2 annoyed the heck out of me. All "sound & fury," if you will.

Plus I keep my mugen difficulty cranked up all the way, and the speed on fast 1. So your mileage may vary with different settings...  8)

i usually test on speed 3 cus it's the speed that my brother plays on..lex did seem a bit slow on speed 3
but i figured that it was intended.

Besides from the already mentioned HP infinite in the corner, I couldn't find any more glitches on the fast play through I gave him.
However you should consider giving his Failsafe Emission properties of MvC Chun Li's Kikousho (i.e. being shielded from projectiles and beams)

CapCold: well, there's the Kryptonite Ray, of course. And I thought I might add a kryptonite knife to his melee hyper when fighting Supes...  XD||
