Help with shin lv 2 akuma WIP hitsparks

I have huge hitsparks for some reason and i got them from the ryuuken even tho i have the exact same ones and the ones from the ryuuken are not huge how do i fix this? and if you have no clue what im talking about tell me and ill pm you my char i also need help with aligning my char as i progress him. So can i get any takers on those 2 things please?

you either have to resize them, or scale them down(im not sure on this option...)

check your e-mails i know how to do this but i dont know wot size u want i cant download ryuuken properly
