Off topic how do you get the palettes to move like that man

At the top of the screen click the "Animations" tab (it's to the right of "Sprites"). Find the animation you want (I use the standing animation). Once you've found it, click where it says "Animations" at the top and chose "Convert to .gif". Then just save the pic.
