thats easy to get, you can rip them from a character that already has em. Just use MCM to do it

Hey freedom, i have a request, could you get me the Street Fighter Alpha 3 World Tour mission select music? It's really good. This sound can also be found on the Street Fighter Alpha Anthology, when you're at the menu where you select what game you want to play, the song is playing. I need about 4 minutes of it, and make sure you get the very begining of it because thats the cool part of the best, the song is nothing without it.
