what is sfo??? the char may be a rip off but it has some cool hit sparks.....but still, if this was newly created it is far too soon after reu.....I think it means Street Fighter Online. I'm not completely sure.

I think its a good question.
I would like to think it is open source now because.. and I'm not being callus here... I think he could care less now as he has moved on to better things (I am not being funny or anything of that sort) but, with his passing being not so long ago, I would advise anyone wanting to do something with his work to not use it as a base but as reference. It's what's best. You would not want to make a Evil-Orochi-Killer Ryu out of his Evil Ryu, release it because you want notoriety and credit as a creator and not expect a backlash from about 80% of the people here or at other forums when they find out what you used as a base. :-??

But with that question alone its gonna upset and bother a lot of ppl. I would think that most would see it as "shameful" to use anything of his now. I can already imagine a great wave of hate towards anyone that does so. I mean it was such a big deal before and with other author's current releases being jipped. Whats to stop this from becoming more Mugen Drama.
Maybe its a question for the community as a whole? I honestly think this may become a huge issue just like warehousing.

2) Reu's stuff is in TMasta's hands. I have nothing wrong with that.
The difference between Capcom sprites and Mugen creator sprites is that Capcom artists get paid and Capcom owns the work. Mugen spriters do not get paid and own's the work as far as it is original or dirivative of their own. So when SFO takes someone from Mugen's work, it is disrespectful, low and wrong.
