It's for the animation stand.
I created a flame animation for lighting the fire cannons on the head of magma man with the animation number 1: fire start stand and crouch.
I believe must code in the stand.

Ah, you mean to make the fire apper only on the idle?
You can either use an explod (and you need to use a code in statedef -3 to remove it) or use a helper (which checks the root animation)
The helper method is how I did it in Fire Man
