Sup everyone its yo boi Crom Lando here. I wanted to cue folks in that we will try and host a competition among those who want to participate in a GFX contest. wether it be Avatar  contest or signatures......or a both together as a set piece.  Doesnt matter wether your a noob ( like myself cause i am a really not tried at them seriously ) or experienced and or pro.  Its for all to join in a friendly contest of the graphical arts and show off your own skills and as well view the work of many other creative folks.  I was thinking to have a set panel of judges but ehhh i think it will be a vote type deal like the sprite contest. So maybe have some ground rules set in place for what and how they have to be or just go all out in your own custom design ( still within some sorta spec rules) to allow a bit of freedom and not restricted to do a certain kind of set. So will be figuring this all out and in here just discuss some options for this and if your wanting to try out and participate please by all mean join in on the fun and creativity.

anyone has any ideas please do tell and in a week we will try to make an official topic to begin holding the actual contest.

Okey so sounds like a nice idea a GFX comp but imo probably would end up better by using one of the templates set for IMT like the Shield.

hmm we could do that  but also we could have a template made up to do that is different and folks can use that to create or go freestyle your own template and hook it up if doing an avatar. for sigs can be the same  as well.  Many options. We just need to have a main vote for which to actually do for the contests.

i'm thinking of making it a signature of the week but instead of classic style and thus scare away some of the people of the mugen community, i'm thinking of making the rules be.....

1. you must create whatever the weekly topic is... *examples: x-men, dc comics, any anime that was on toonami*

2. sprite signatures are cool! meaning its ok if you did the signature via photoshop with a render aka cutout picture or for the spriters out there like spidermew and the others who want to show there stuff they can create a signature with a sprite based on the topic of that week.

3. all signatures must be IMT usable, both size wise and art wise *no nudity and no billboards!*

but... thats just a idea and i'm just a humble avatar maker...  ;)
