Well i have been workin on shin lv 2 akuma for little over 5 months and he is turning out nicely.  Ive got a really old beta on my website which is in my sig. But i will be releasing a new beta maybe this weekend. I Would also like 1 or 2 beta testers that are private so i can get a full blown workup of bugs and stuff. I already know some like all air attacks do the animation twice and hadoken can be chained indefinatly. But im working on those. Anyways here is some sprites and animations i will be getting a beta out this weekend.

all normal attacks

Awesome.

I watched the video on the site and he's looking nice.

I'm sure most of those mis-aligned sprites have been fixed and awesome to see you added the MK Vs SF run sprites for Akuma.  ;D

Thanks for all the positive comments guys and  Sena,  and  O.M.3.G.A. you guys are the beta testers as it was first come first serve! when this weekend i will give you guys a slightly more updated version of the char then what the public gets. Also i have no idea on the sandels and the hurricane kick i got the sprites from proxicide so thats how he made them i guess. Anyways   to answer  DMK yes all the sprites are aligned and one of the things i want the beta testers to do if they can is to help me align sprites. Because i suck at doing that ive gotten way better since that video but its still not as good as i would like it to be. Anyways ill start back on the char tomarrow and get the rest of the specials done and the hypers done and i will start uploading the betas.

sorry for double post but all you have to do to beta test is just report bugs and any possible ways of fixing them that you can come up with and how exactly you made those bugs occured. Its sometimes a very complex system but most of the time they just pop at you for some reason! lol Anyways hope that helps i might get one more beta tester so anyone else let me know.

Well, to better align the sprites easiest thing to do is rip the same numeral axis for each one.

That way you can link the sprite to a certain group or add them and change the X axis and Y axis to the first sprite.

And for turning/jumping things like that move a few inchs either way to correct match them up.  :)

That should help in getting alignments better.

They are a bee-otch though.  %-(

Hmm... well you should at least try to add the sandals to those frames. Good luck on this WIP :)

yea well it doesnt matter if that one gets warehoused as he cant really do anything but the password is either Hax1021 HAX1021 or hax1021. one of those three. Im gonna laugh if it gets warehoused now because to be annouced that was when it was like 3% so i wont be mad it all it will give me a good laugh. Oh okay,well anyways I was wondering If I could help edit some sprites and suggest a few things.
I could make sf3 style sprites to replace the few cvs style sprites proxcide used.

Hey guys i hate to be a real bummer but i got my comp taken away this morning because i was late for school. so i cant get the beta done for another week as my grandfather wont let me have anything on that comp even if its school work. And for the story behind it(to give you guys something to read). is that i didnt have any clean clothes and usually my mom reminds me as i have completely sh*t memory due to what has happened to me 2 years ago( i have a slight mental illness and i take meds which is the cause of my short term memory). As in the meds do it. anyways so he came down said im still to blame which partly i am and was so pissed at me my mom couldnt even talk some sense into him. He lives 30 miles away from me thats probably why. SO IM REALLY SORRY GUYS the beta will not be released today i will release it a day after i get my comp back. hopefully that will be next monday. See you guys later, and again sorry im bummed out just as much as you guys are!!!!!!!!!

EDIT: no im not mentally handicapped to let you guys know it was just that i stayed up for 7 days straight and it caused halucinations so i had to go to a mental hospital for 12 days. Im fine now just taking preventive medication but the meds cause me not to have a good memory. Anyways later

hypers as in supers. like shin ryuken and shinku hadoken! stuff like that.

EDIT in total the character will have over 8 specials 6 supers and i might add a desperation. The supers amount might change i cant remeber exactly how many supers are in the flash i have to rewatch it. But i will be adding one of my own. More to come!

That's usually the best thing to do.
Take however long it needs to.The mugen world needs good characters not rushed ones,so take your time.

damn straight hes coming along nicely i had to replace some sprites as i accidently toggled shared pal and it messed up up and they would blink blue. I fixed that problem for all sprites i hope well gonna get back to work here in a bit!

well tbh its gonna be another week as my comp's cpu broke  and the replacement doesnt come in till saturday.

akuma transforms on lvl 2 shin akuma on the video...
it would be cool to see him doing it in the middle of the game

sorry to say but im not publicly giving out the beta anymore its complete crap well over 8 months old m8. so if you want the beta ask someone here  on the forums for it without the password or just play the waiting game.
