Each nominated character must meet the following criteria:
1) Released (or re-released) in 2010.
2) Not created by an IMT Staff member. If a character was created by an IMT member in conjunction with someone else it is elligble. Bascically we don't want to be giving awards to ourselves.
3) Contain no "stolen" content

Thanks for complement Lando but I have to agree with others on this one. An edit shouldn't be nominated for character of the year.
I agree that patches don't really quality as characters, but I think it's ideal for a contribution of the year nomination.
