I'm totally impressed with your work so far, the sprites are really good and all the moves seem pretty fluid.
Only suggestions I have are shortening the part of the cape behind his head a bit and maybe using a different base for his feet (boots from C.America/Cable..).
I wish you good luck with this awesome WIP, Mugen really needs a Mr. Sinister %%-

the stand anim is weird. Everything is stopped while his muscles animates?well, stance not final, just quick made-up for video

Not that it doesn't look pretty good but I really do wish his base wasn't Urien. Just too overdone now unless you can go out of your way and give him whole new basics.

If you visited my palettes thread before, you know that I create palettes based on real comic art. My favorite is the bottom right one.
Thanks to BiGPiMP for sending me the original sprite (1st palette), I hope these will be useful to him and the PX team. :)

Actually BiGPiMP told me that he is going to use palettes done by Sei, I'm sure she has done a great job too but the ones I posted are free for them to use if they wish.

the walking stance and the walk back stance are too much alike.
the pallets are great very much capcom as comic love it!
do wish it was not uren as a base but if you can pull it off then great!
