You appearing offline to others though you appear online?

And vice versa?
This seems to be happening to a lot of people today

Is this a MSN Email or MSN Messenger bug... I'm not sure if you can chat while viewing Hotmail or not... :-??

The best thing I could say to do is go to Feedback at the bottom of the MSN home page... but that might not do any good... Does anyone have MSN hotmail support email? :-??
