I like the effects on the shield but the main image is a really bad choice & I have no idea what that top image is. I'm assuming you just want comments on the actual shield though right?
Shading's good, shadow works well (I may brought it a little bit closer myself) & I ike the shine on the bar section of it (I assume it was done using bevel & emboss)

I can't comment on the text as you've left a white bg around the shield and some of the text is unreadable because of blending.

Overall I'd say 8/10 for the shield itself but 0/10 for the images chosen.

Well Check Out My Stuff Man there way better then This Go To My Main Topic  :thumbsup:
