ok, just make a list of all the attacks/states you want chained and let me know, Ill be able to help you over the weekend.

Also Negi, if you see this, I havent forgot about you either. Forgive me but with two jobs and the recent issues I had at the two sites I run, I was very occupied.

How can I supply the codes if i don't even know your attack state numbers and what they do?

Besides I told you I wont be able to do anything until the weekend. I have enough on my hands now.

honestly mate its extremely ez to enable combos

trigger1=stateno(the state u are in) && movecontact

example:

u are using light punch (stateno=200) and whant to chain it into medium punch (stateno 210)

...
value=210
triggerall=command"y"
trigger1=ctrl
trigger2=stateno=200 && movecontact

sorry for the off-topicness syn, just trying to give ya a hand, i know u are a busy man

on-topic: u take ideas for moves? if so how bout some one or two strong hits, we have enough crazy combo supers in mugen, and ninjas are usually 1 hit killers right?

I'm REALLY looking forward to his release.  it's nice to see edits of other SF characters other than Ryu, Ken and Akuma.  I'm still waiting on the first Blanka or E. Honda edits some day for Mugen (Crosses fingers).  Even another Vega would be sweet.

Area 1

I am still working on the data room with the holograms and such, I think ill just leave it as one because having two hologram images kinda clutters the stage IMO. Ill just make them switch from player 1 to player 2 with some stats on the big monitor.

Area 2

The anti gravity room is progressing nicely. The effects kicks in, there are some extra background effects as well and im adding more things to it as I go.
So far I managed to get both players to react to the zero gravity effect as well as fight. Some serious coding had to be supplied and I had to make the both player 1 and player 2 recognize the stage, the good thing is that this will help with the falling down and fighting part when I finish my mk vs sf3 stage.

Right now I am on the part where some bg elements take place when the anti gravity effect kicks in, the bg dims some, and i have random effects happening as the characters are able to float around for the time being and attack while airborne/floating until the effect wears off.

I will have that video as promised but im adding a few touches and tinkering with a few things.

Kinda glitchy now and its still being worked on.

I have added some extra effects and such and more are on the way.
With Area 1 out of the way and the discovery I mentioned earlier, I can focus on this section now.

There will be an updated vid in a few days with everything completed in Area 2.

Yes this character is a combo Whore but hey, I played too much GGXX#R and Accent Core and Melty Blood Act-cadenza so what you expect. I dont plan on using a MvC style launcher but I will create someting similar to what I did to Dragon Guy.

This vid here just showcases the basics that are completed along with a few specials for now. When i tweak a few things, my next vid will reveal a hyper from proxicides flash along with a custom on of my own. And yes this akuma will have his original Super arts, well some. And to keep this character balanced with the amount of hypers, I will create a limit break bar where certain hypers are unlocked and available.

Sorry, no Lv3 OMFG did you see that Hypers by itself. There will be a certain way that will be done.

Like my custom hadouken sprites? :P

Anyway this is just a teaser and this is after no more that 2 weeks of work.

Wow man the shin akuma lv2 is insane so far, i agree with you that no one out yet has mad him like or better then the proxicide. I really look forward to the stages and shin lv2 akuma man. :thumbsup: ;)

This vid here just showcases the basics that are completed along with a few specials for now. When i tweak a few things, my next vid will reveal a hyper from proxicides flash along with a custom on of my own. And yes this akuma will have his original Super arts, well some. And to keep this character balanced with the amount of hypers, I will create a limit break bar where certain hypers are unlocked and available.

Sorry, no Lv3 OMFG did you see that Hypers by itself. There will be a certain way that will be done.

Like my custom hadouken sprites? :P

Anyway this is just a teaser and this is after no more that 2 weeks of work.

btw I plan on having some but not all of his SFIIIts Super Arts and some custome ones of my own as well as proxicides but to balance everything out, certain Super Arts, Hypers, can only be activated under certain conditions.

I will reveal more later, the teaser was enough for now.

lol I am using the hitsparks.

the youtube vid should of showed that, but i didnt like the fireballs proxicide used so i used the cvs2 fireballs with the hit impact sprites.

looking good, i personally think his aura during horse stand is a bit too blured, the metter thing is pretty cool, i bet it works like dmc bar doesnt it, the more hits  a combo accumulates the higher it fills, goes down if u aint hitting?? pretty cool concept

I was able to create a hyper pause zoom in effect that will always center and zoom in on Akuma no matter where he is at on the screen and resume the position afterwards as well as scale back to the normal size!

he does, and I purposely left them out because they where his get hit sprites in various angles which were aligned in flash.

When doing that and trying to convert it to 256 colors for mugen can support it, it looks awful, that was the reason why I left it out.

Even though this character isnt finished yet, My goal was to reveal atleast one move from the flash movie to be witnessed in a mugen conversion and I am happy to be the first Shin lv2 Akuma creator to have done that, in my own way of course.

Now users will know what to expect out of this Akuma.

When a new video a surfaces, that means his release is near.

Just one thing...
I don't know if it is fault of the recorder, if you want like that, or something, but the limit break hyper of the flash don't go so fast.... Make it a little more lower, if it is an error... (the velocity)

Again, I am happy because a guy like you take this wip....

take all the time you need, but how much is the percentage of this awesome char...??? (only for know, take your time)

Updated the Limit Break Command feature. Made it to where it translates the buttons that needed to be pressed along with some Extra bg elements.

What if I told you guys that..........

1. I am back working on the stage from the start and its progressing rather quickly...

2. So far only 1 variable was used for the stage, (sorry i couldn't find another alternative around that)

3. So far no glitches as of now

and

4. BOTH PLAYERS CAN FIGHT IN MID AIR WHILE FALLING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


About number 4, It's true, I found a way to make it happen without damaging or changing the coding already created for ready made characters.

There are 2 restrictions though, No hypers are allowed during this transaction. Sorry guys it will damage the system if that was allowed.
Also players cannot be throwed for that will damage the system as well.

Normal attacks and Special air attacks are possible from both players while falling. but the hypers wont be missed though, at first it was only a player 1 thing when i started this a while ago, but after some experimenting with other interactive stages i have in progress and some tweaking, thats how i figured out the method I am now using for this stage.

Trust me, I tried to get around it but there are alot of hypers from characters that puts you in custom states that will totally f**k up the system I made.

Also all attacks that results in grabs/throws wont work either whether its a normal, special or hyper attack involving a grab. Those puts a character in a custom state and will result like I explained in the line above.

Other than that, you guys wont miss it. Trust me, wait until you see the vid ill have available later tonight or when i come home from work tomorrow.

News to report.
I actually stayed up all night working on this stage mid air fighting part and I have made more progress.
There may be a chance that hyper attacks that are normally done in mid air may be able to be used in this stages during the fight/fall transition. Still grabbing is not possible at all so thats definitely out of the question.

Hypers with grabbing will not work as well so attacks that ends in a grab is its done in mid air or activated from mid air will be a problem. I haven't tried it out as of yet still im not sure at this point.

other than that eberything is looking good.

By the way, there is one more restriction, but this might end up to be temporary. When the floor breaks and players go into their fight/falling state, (Fighting while falling),  damage will not be inflicted to either opponent. Player can attack and recive hits but for there are characters with certain characteristics when their opponent life goes to zero like MK or Mk styled characters or anything in that nature, im sure it will mess up both the stage and probably make the characters do weird stuff.

Also players cant be ko'd during this transition.

The players life will remain the same as it was when the fall from the exploding bridge until they land on the lower level.
Just think of it as a added fun feature for that stage alone.

other than that, I am just about to start making that video I promised you all.

I am actually excited for pulling this off.
